31st August 2004: RoHS Transposed under Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations, 396/2004,
October 2004: WEEE Partially Transposed.
31st December 2008: WEEE: recovery targets to be met by 31st December 2008 under Decision 2004/486/EC since no infrastructure is currently in place.
