October 2004: RoHS Transposed by Order No V-258 10th September 2004: WEEE Management Transposed by Order No D1-481. The rest is being covered by the Amendment of the Law On Waste Management and National Strategic Waste Management Plan for the recovery/recycling targets 31st December 2008:
WEEE: recovery targets to be met following decision 2004/312/EC since no infrastructure is currently in place
Separate Collection: Collective or individual compliance possible. Producers responsible for collection.
Business to Business: B2B products types that are also used as B2C will be treated as B2C depending on quatities..
Recovery/Recycling Targets: Tax on some EEE linked to recovery/recycling rates achieved.
Complance Schemes: Probably INFOBALT. For household probably CECED Lithuania. Zaliasis taskas that handles packaging is also considering forming a compliance scheme
