Register: The Ministry of Environment will set up a register. They propose a local area registration through Chambers of Commerce but idustry is pushing for central register
Collection Targets: 4kg collection targets put back to 30th December 2008
Wheeled Bin : Does not have to be attached till EU harmonised producer identification marking is available (latest 13th Aug 2007)
Separate Collection: Can be done by compliance scheme or individually.
Financing: Until the EU harmonised producer identification marking is available historic and new waste will be treated the same. latest 13th Aug 2007)
Non-household WEEE: Producers can act individually or collective systems to handle WEEE and can make arrangerments with local authorities top use their collection systems.
