Separate Collection: Closed NiCd batteries or lead accumulators have to be removed from products before reprocessing and that the cadmium content of the NiCd batteries and the lead content of the lead accumulators has to be recycled.
Treatment: Stationary and portable audio and video equipment, IT equipment, radio and telecommunications equipment, control and monitoring equipment, medical and laboratory equipment, capacitors and transformers must be reprocessed according to the regulations.
